SSI is excited to announce a new program for fresh graduates, offering technical training and practical experience within our Dynamics division. This opportunity is designed to give you a hands-on introduction to the world of enterprise resource planning (ERP).
Key Responsibilities:
As a program participant, you’ll be involved in various aspects of our Dynamics ERP projects, including:
- Requirements Analysis: Help analyze customer business needs and objectives to design effective solutions using Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
- Solution Design: Support the creation of solution designs and perform gap analysis to identify requirements not met by the standard Dynamics ERP.
- Customization Support: Assist in drafting functional specifications for customizations needed by our technical team.
- Client Demonstrations: Help conduct process walkthrough workshops to showcase the Dynamics ERP solution to clients.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Assist in developing UAT cases and guide customers through the testing process, helping to resolve any issues they encounter.
- Data Migration: Contribute to data migration strategies, create data templates, and oversee data upload into Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
- Project Go-Live: Ensure a smooth and timely transition to the new Dynamics ERP system by addressing any risks identified during the implementation.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide essential support after the system goes live and assist in upselling additional services as needed.
Requirements:
- ACCA affiliate or finalist.
- Previous experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
